AUDIO OFFSET:
260 ms
Higher = audio plays later. If keystrokes sound BEFORE the letters appear, increase this.
When ON: re-encodes for TikTok / Instagram / Premiere (constant 30 fps, faststart MP4). Slower but compatible everywhere. OFF = fast direct MP4.
